The Only Thing You Need to Know to Lose Weight

I have just started back doing low carb, and I am once again convinced that this is absolutely the best way to go for me – tons of energy, no blood sugar swings, and I am NEVER hungry between meals. Ever. If anything I have to remind myself to eat regularly.

While I can’t say low carb is for everyone, I ran across this today, and truly, in one form or another, this is what EVERY weight loss plan out there boils down to.
