Update to the New Moon Script Post

I posted a couple of days ago about the document I’d seen reported to be an early draft of the script for the upcoming New Moon movie due out in November. At the time I uploaded it I commented that I wasn’t sure if it was real or not, but asked readers to throw in their opinions.

Then I recieved my very first cease and desist letter.

I actually expected the first notice of this sort would comefrom my ex’s lawyer considering he threatened to sue me over talking about his herpes on my blog.

It does confirm in my mind that the script is indeed real. And yes, it has been removed. (Sorry dear readers!) However if you don’t have it yet, a quick google search will likely turn up other sites still hosting it.

  1. I wouldn’t be so sure that this actually means what you think it does. It would not be beyond lawyers to be throwing take down notices against all scripts, real or not.

I would suspect that they do a Google search for “twilight” and “script” and DMCA everybody on the list.

    Just a thought.
